These Terms and Conditions govern the use of legal services provided by USAMEX Services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Services Offered

USAMEX Services, LLC offers legal advice, representation, and services in Mexico for Mexican citizens residing in the United States. Services include, but are not limited to, birth certificate corrections, CURP (Mexican Unique Population Registry Code) verification, document translation, notarization, and legal advice and representation in Mexico.

Customer Obligations

The client agrees to provide all information and documentation necessary for the provision of legal services. The client guarantees that all information provided is truthful and complete.

Fees and Payments

Fees for legal services will be agreed upon in advance between USAMEX Services, LLC and the client. Payments must be made according to the agreed terms and may include additional fees for specific or urgent services.

Confidentiality

USAMEX Services, LLC is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the client and using it only for the purposes of providing legal services.

Limitation of Liability

USAMEX Services, LLC will not be liable for any damage, loss or injury that may result from the use of our legal services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Termination of Services

The client may terminate the services at any time by providing written notice to USAMEX Services, LLC. The Firm may also terminate the services if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions or if it deems it necessary for professional reasons.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico.

Modifications

USAMEX Services, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be notified to the customer and will become effective upon notification.
